The programme

Not a bottle. Not a pamphlet.

Almost every menopause brand in India today is a supplement company with some content attached. We are building the harder thing: actual changes to how you move, eat and sleep, in a small group, with a doctor standing behind the advice.

The order matters

Lifestyle is the result. Supplements keep it going. Doctors make it trusted.

Lifestyle first

Strength, protein, sleep. Almost nobody in India tells a 48‑year‑old woman to lift weights, and it is the best answer we have for joint pain, weakening bones and weight that will not shift. We start with yoga, because that is what she already trusts and will actually do, and build towards strength from there.

Supplements second

Not instead of the work — they are what keeps the work going. We start with what Indian women are genuinely short of: protein, vitamin D, calcium. We are not selling you a hormone‑balance herbal pill, and we will say so plainly if you ask for one.

Doctors for trust

A gynaecologist who specialises in menopause is the first person we are hiring, and from that point nothing reaches you that she has not checked — starting with the hormone question women are most afraid of asking. India has around 1,500 doctors with menopause certification for some 160 million women, so we will not pretend we can hand you a specialist on demand. What we can promise is that the advice has been through one.

How you actually start

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them

A conversation — free

On WhatsApp, in whatever language is easiest. What you are feeling, since when, what you have already been told and by whom. At the end of it we will tell you honestly whether we think we can help, and whether this is something you should be taking to a doctor first.

A starter block — ₹99

A few weeks of guided movement, one food change and one sleep change, so you can find out what it is like before committing to anything. Ninety‑nine rupees, once. It is priced to be easy to say yes to, because the hardest moment in this whole thing is the first one.

Membership — ₹4,000 a year

About ₹333 a month. A small group that started when you did, a weekly rhythm you can actually keep, and someone to ask. Supplements are separate and entirely optional — we would rather you spent nothing on them than took something that is not doing anything.

We are early and deliberately small. Groups are run by hand rather than by software, which means places are limited and there may be a short wait.

What a member gets

What is included

  • A small group that starts when you do. The same women, week after week, rather than a feed of strangers.
  • Guided movement four times a week, 20 to 30 minutes. Yoga to begin with, then progressive strength work — the part almost nobody in India offers a woman in her forties.
  • A protein target, not a diet. Built around what is already cooked in your kitchen, vegetarian or not, rather than around foods you would have to go and find.
  • One sleep change at a time. Because six at once is how people give up in week two.
  • A monthly look at what has actually changed. Measured on things you can feel — sleep, energy, pain, strength — not on the weighing scale.
  • Answers checked by a doctor. Including the hormone question, honestly, with what we do and do not know.
  • Somewhere to ask what you cannot ask anyone else. The itching. The smell. The rage. The dryness. These get asked here and answered plainly.
  • Help preparing for your doctor’s appointment. A written symptom timeline you can hand over, which changes how that ten minutes goes.

Realistically

What a week actually asks of you

You are running a house, a job, and in many cases someone else’s medicines. A programme that needs two hours a day is a programme you will quit.

4 × 25

Minutes of guided movement across the week. At home. No gym, no equipment to begin with.

1

Food change at a time, usually protein first, using what you already cook.

1

Sleep change at a time, held for a fortnight before we add another.

1

Group call a week, and a thread that is always open in between.

Being straight with you

What this is not

Worth saying plainly, because several of these are exactly what the category currently sells.

  • Not a clinic. We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe, and we do not replace your doctor. Where something needs a doctor, we will say so and help you get there.
  • Not a hormone‑balance herbal product. It sells extremely well in India. We are not launching one, and we will not recommend one.
  • Not anti‑ageing, and no before‑and‑after photographs. That framing is the thing we are against. Nothing here is about making you look thirty‑five again.
  • Not a specialist‑matching service. There are too few certified doctors in India for anyone to honestly promise you one on demand.
  • Not a weight‑loss programme. Weight often shifts as a side effect of eating enough protein and getting strong. It is not the goal and it is not the measure.

For daughters

If you are reading this for your mother

A great many of the people searching about this at two in the morning are not the forty‑eight‑year‑old. They are her daughter, watching someone she loves become short‑tempered and exhausted and unlike herself, and being told nothing is wrong.

She is not being difficult. Her body is doing something specific, it has a name, and there are things that genuinely help. You can join her up, pay for it yourself, and stay in the loop — a lot of daughters do exactly that.

Questions

The ones we get asked most

Do I need a diagnosis before I join?

No. Most women arrive with a set of symptoms and a normal blood report, which is exactly the situation this is built for. If anything you describe needs a doctor first, we will tell you at the very first conversation rather than take your money.

I am 39. Am I too young for this?

Almost certainly not. Menopause in India arrives around 46 on average, and the approach commonly runs four to ten years before that. “You are too young” is the most misleading sentence in this whole subject.

Will you tell me to take hormones?

We will not tell you to take anything on prescription — that is between you and a doctor. What we will do is make sure you know the option exists, since around 62% of Indian women surveyed did not know any treatment existed at all, and help you ask about it properly.

I have never lifted a weight in my life.

Nor has almost anyone who joins. That is why the first weeks are yoga and bodyweight work at home. Strength is where we are going, not where we start, and nobody is asked to walk into a gym in week one.

I am vegetarian. Can I actually get enough protein?

Yes, and it is one of the most useful things we do. It takes planning rather than new foods — dal, dahi, paneer, soya, eggs if you eat them — and most women are surprised how far short of the target they currently are.

Is this only for women in big cities?

No. It runs on WhatsApp and video, so it works anywhere with a phone signal. Sessions are in English and Hindi.

What happens to what I tell you?

It stays with us. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not publish anything a woman tells us — not anonymised, not paraphrased — without asking her first and getting a clear yes.

What if it does not work for me?

Then stop. The ₹99 starter block exists precisely so you can find that out cheaply. We would far rather you left after three weeks than stayed paying for something that is not helping.

Shuru karein?

Start with one conversation.

No commitment, no payment, no clinic visit. Just tell us what has been going on.
